Zone, 18+ Provincials & U12 Year End Event Commitment to Attend
All teams interested in attending Provincial Championships, Western Canadian Championships, or the U12 Year End Event, must submit a Commitment to Attend Form, by December 1st, 2025.
The form must be accompanied by payment via e-transfer or cheque.
- $1250 Tournament Entry Fee – All Provincial Championships & U12 Year End Event
- $1800 Tournament Entry Fee – Western Canadian Ringette Championships
- $2500 Deposit – Require for U14 Zone teams
- $5000 Deposit – Required for U16 & U19 Zone Teams committing to Western Canadian Championships
- The deposit can be submitted via cheque or e-transfer including what team and division the deposit is for.
- If the deposit is submitted via cheque please be reminded that the cheque will be deposited by RBC and returned after the Provincials.

Coach Certification
REMINDER: All coaches must complete their coaching courses for their respective level and role by November 1st of the current season*.
*Coaches at the Competition Introduction level that are not yet “certified” must register through www.coachingringette.ca for their CI evaluation no later than December 15th and complete their CI evaluation by January 15th of each playing season.
Coaches who do not meet the required qualifications will be ineligible to participate at Provincial Championships or other Year End Events.
