Ringette BC looks to develop Great Athletes by Developing Great Coaches.
In order to achieve success on the ice coaches need the support of a strong, committed Coach Developers team to create an elite level of coaching. Coaches create athletes and help athletes in a multitude of ways. To help build great athletes Ringette BC is working to create a strong coaching development program through the creation of the three coaching streams: Learning Facilitator, Coach Evaluator, and Coaches.
